trying to incorporate some running into my weekly work out routine. i like a push, pull, leg split. how would i make it work? also i want sunday off

Does anyone have a weekly plan for running/lifting. Ideally i would like to hit each muscle group atleast twice a week. Barely have time in the mornings. Local gym is way too packed in the evenings. Also considering some hyrox maybe in the future. What are some popular schedules?
Tired of bulking up at the gym but not feeling healthy. I need to incorporate some running or endurance for overall health longevity aswell. Thinking of getting into the hybrid world. Ideally i would like to work out 5 days a week. How would i split this? I also do not have time for two a days. And im considering attempting a hyrox to give me a goal. Any plans you recommend especially just to start out for me
