Looking for up to date GPU from a 3060Ti within Budget, Upgrading for Ark Survival Ascended (1000 to 1200$ budget)

PSA I apologize if any of this is against the rules as I just copied my post from r/buildapcforme.

Hello! I am looking for the title exactly, if you don't know, ASA is a graphical nightmare, requiring a premium graphics card to have decent graphics at all. Extremely VRAM intensive. I am looking for as premium an upgrade I can get in my budget so I can run the game on 1080p 60fps or as close to it as I can get. the game is insanely texture heavy, morso than a lot of AAA games released today. it is especially intensive it seems on my vram. the 16 GB sticks seem fine, capping at about 80%

* New build or upgrade? Upgrade

* Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti / CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor / Ram: 8024 MB - 16GB DDR4 SDRAM A DATA 3000 2OZ / Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk Max (MS-7C02) / PSU: Be Quiet 750W Gold / SSD: M.2 Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB and 1TB

* PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) Gaming

* Purchase country? Near Micro Center? US, yes

* Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) no

* Budget range? (Include tax considerations) 1000 is really where I stop but I can go to 1200 absolute max if there is a really good deal close to that range

* WiFi or wired connection? Both but primarily wired

* Size/noise constraints? nope

* Color/lighting preferences? nope

* Any other specific needs? you all are the experts

here, I am fully willing to get whatever needed but I am fairly sure my gpu needs an upgrade, but i'm open to get whatever. the game recommends a 4070 for entry level to run high settings and a 40 series or above seems required as my 3060Ti cannot run the game really at all unless I use a file changing textures. I have seen that a 4080 super has everything i need but also seems out of my budget, i'd love if I could find something in my budget that can slot into my motherboard and also withing the power limit of my PSU, thanks. i'd also appreciate little details like why and how if possible, I am no good at this but I do like trying to learn, thanks. I'd kinda prefer to stay with nvidia but as long as it can run this graphics nightmare of a game, and can slot into my setup, I do not care. thanks so much. Doing a little research myself it looks like a 4070 super is much cheaper but the performance is a bit worse compared to the much more expensive 5070 Ti but if I can get the best GPU I can I can always upgrade other parts later. I was told that going above a 5070 would create a CPU bottleneck.

*Not trying to go around the person who let me know I just would like to go to the micro center while I am able and I’d hate to pic something up that doesn’t fit my build or motherboard or overworks my PSU or CPU
