The silence
Going with the basics first. Norwegian, 32, Male. Me and my girlfriend had some rocky days this week. after 5 years together things seem to become uncertain. And sure, life throws you a curveball sometimes, I can handle curveballs. But I have mostly handled life on my own due to absent parents throughout life. I have outgrown my childhood friends and the few I might consider acquaintances never reach out. So for the past two days me and my girlfriend didn't speak and it hit me, the silnece when she's not messaging me was a little unsettling and a wake up call.
