Charli was balding a bit when I got her, but she seemed really happy within a month and the hair grew back. We are just over one month post-molt right now. I’ve noticed she has a growing bald patch. Can anyone help me figure out what’s going wrong?

I’ve included pics of the enclosure.

Originally the fall height was too much, so I added substrate a few weeks ago and tried to make some variation in height (I’ve seen folks doing that elsewhere). Could that have anything to do with it?

I feed her a fat (just fed greens) mealworm every 1-2 weeks. She didn’t eat the last one.

I just got these guys earlier this week. I had quarantined them and given them green beans. None of the others look quite like this one. Is that something attached to it, or just what its face looks like? Thank you.
