I have a really big serve, I've been told 115-120 mph at times. It's definitely not important, but it'd be cool to know how consistently I'm hitting those marks. I bought a radar in the past, but it didn't work well.

I burn through shoes pretty fast, on hard court, maybe every 3 months. I consistently get holes in my left toe area. I'm wondering if this is a reflection of any deep footwork or movement issues I have. Anybody have thoughts on this?
Apartment buildings in the area, good for older people
Parents want to look into moving to the area. We looked at The Eddy apartments, amenities were great, new construction, but hoping for somewhere closer to the beach, elevators, single story place, somewhat new or refurbished with a well respected on site team or landlord/management. Might be a lot to ask for but worth a shout on here. Thanks
Reliable and affordable storage place near South Redondo?
Looking for a good spot for lots of smaller items in boxes from a recent move
I know I know, that’s not an excuse. And I did 1. Respect his game 2. Keep my head (for the most part). He had a weaker backhand, I was whaling on it and by the time the third set tiebreaker rolled around my calves were pulling and I had a foot injury, even though I won. He actually wasn’t a pusher, but he chose that game based on how many errors I was making, he had a solid forehand that he could win points with.
I’m used to hitting with faster bigger rhythm, and it’s really smart to play that game against me. I barely pulled out the win but had to pull out of the next round because I knew I’d aggravate the injury more.
After watching the video of the match a couple of times I’ve concluded exactly one thing. I get very complacent on sitters. I need to pick up my footwork twice as much on slower paced balls. And I can’t get into a slogging match without amazing cardio and even then my game is aggressive and I need to lean into it, especially if I want to string together a few wins at a tournament.
That’s it, just wanted to share? Anyone have a similar issue. I’m 4.5M for context.
I play about 4-5 hours a week, and the inside of my right elbow is starting to tingle.
we’ve eaten at pretty much every good restaurant a least twice. actually looking for suggestions, please
edit: I have hope for the South Bay again, we‘ll try these activities and report back, thanks for the recommendations!
What are the best tennis courts in the area? Including private and public courts. Surface quality, busy-ness, costs etc?
I saw a base camp at the lodge at veterans park and a couple of quixote trailers at the funeral home next to the Wendy’s on Torrance blvd.
