So I had an issue with the water. I checked all the plugs and so on, but I wasn't able to fix them; they told me to ship them back, and they would repair them in 5-7 days, so I did. Now they keep sending me messages telling me they are working on fixing it. They have reached out to the warehouse. They have escalated my case. Now they say they can't give me a date, but they'll have refurbished ones in stock mid-May, so they will just give me one of those, or if I am willing to wait (with no end in sight), they will give me a bunch of accessories for waiting.

Has anyone had this happen? If I wait, how long will it take? (Full Message from Eufy Below)
