Ban Review – Banned account, no support response for 10 days
Hey,
My account was banned for smurfing on 27/11/2024. I would like to request a review as the situation is more complicated than it may seem.
For a period of time I forgot my login credentials to my main account and created additional accounts just to be able to play — I understand this violates the rules and I apologize for that. It was not intentional smurfing in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
I contacted support on May 4th and again on May 6th from a second email address. As of today (May 14th) I have not received any response on either ticket.
I proposed to support that they remove all of my additional accounts and allow me to start fresh — unfortunately complete silence.
Could any moderators or FACEIT staff help me out or point me in the right direction?
