Do you also experience the bitter taste on your mouth? been doing nothng but drink water and electrolytes and ginger tea. Havent eaten anything since yest but a small chicken today and sugar-free yogurt drink. Head is also aching probaby coz of either the heat or for not eating... or no caffeine maybe? But dont want to force myself to eat coz i might throw up.
