How long time does it take to finish criminal record check ( zinc) for Egyptians ?

Asking if any Egyptian passed through this process

I've been trying to link my PayPal account to Outlier for 15 days now, but I'm having a problem: I'm not receiving a code on my phone, and a message appears saying: OPPS an error occurred, please try again later, I've been trying to contact support for 15 days but there's been absolutely no response.
