I went to an antique shop with my mom, and this was one of the first things I found! I actually found two Applejacks, both in a small basket with other ponies, and I bought one of them. I was excited about finding this because I don’t own any ponies with the forelock/bangs rooting, and I know they’re harder to come by since ponies weren’t manufactured with forelocks after 2011/2012 or so. So I’m really happy with this find! I was gushing about it to my mom for like 5 minutes lol
Although I’m not 100% sure which line she came from. I checked the MLP merch database and think she could be from the original single wave series from 2010 or 2011. She has no production code on the bottom of her hoof, and she also has no freckles! I don’t think any of Applejack’s G4 brushables have freckles before the 2017 reboot, so maybe I should paint some on this one!
I’m pretty sure she’s authentic, but even if she isn’t, I still love her :)
