Not sure how big of a deal this is. I know i have high cholesterol (20M) but today at work and the last couple of times ive had this heaviness feeling in my heart that works its way up to my throat. I dont know what it is.

I (20M) am thinking about asking out a coworker to lunch (19F) via text but am getting those pre-move jitters. Does it feel too formal? We've had a few good convos and have known each other for a few weeks. Does it automatically feel like a date if I ask? Thoughts?
