ChatGPT to the RESCUE for my wife
My wife…who I trust more than anyone in the world…was deactivated from Spark.
They claimed a pharmacy order was either:
• opened
or
• delivered to the wrong house.
The story kept changing.
First they said it could have been opened or dropped off at wrong home.
Then later they claimed it was opened.
We tried the normal process.
Nothing.
No real investigation.
No human actually took the time to look at her case. It was AI
She even set up arbitration after I found a contact number through Reddit.
That went nowhere too.
They basically listened, said “OK,” and moved on.
Then she used ChatGPT to help write a professional letter explaining everything clearly.
We sent it certified mail directly to Walmart corporate.
Two weeks ago she got reactivated and this has been since August 2025?
