Hi all! I want to lose about 50lbs and have been working with a nutritionist since January. Down about 10 just by tracking food and moving more. I had been on the fence about glp1s but finally bit the bullet and got a prescription. My meds arrive tomorrow (Wednesday) and I have an event Thursday. Should I expect side effects by then? Wondering if I should delay. Starting at 0.2mg compounded semi.
