Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to post this.

I got a notice from IC System’s that I owe ~$2,500 for a medical procedure I had done in July 2025. I have the explanation of benefits that shows that my insurance paid for the exact amount that they are saying I owe. I can’t find anywhere on IC System’s website where I can simply show them the explanation of benefits.

What is the best way to dispute this as quickly as possible?

When disputing it, would I saying that I paid it or that the debt isn’t mine?
