23weeks running - SPD? Groin pain?
Hi mamas!!
I’m 23 weeks pregnant. I ran before the pregnancy and then stopped at 8 weeks due to first trimester symptoms and continued to do exercise at home instead. I felt really good today a 5km run at a slow pace.
The run was AMAZING, heart rate was great, no muscle pain. The balance was quite interesting as the bump has changed my running stance.
However when I got home, it felt like my vagina was collapsing from the inside! Is it SPD? What can I do? I’d love to continue running!
