Samsung Dishwasher (dw80f600uts/aa-01) - Replacement Circulation motor always on
Regarding: Model-Samsung dw80f600uts/aa-01
Wash motor (DD81-01640A) always on after replacement. I've googled, and googled and googled some more. And got it down to 1 of 2 things:
- Wire connected incorrectly. Which I really don't know how this is possible.
- Control board (DD82-01139B) is bad, and a relay is possibly stuck open. Which is sounding more and more the problem.
Reasons for replacement of said motor, it was loud as heck for a few months, before finally quitting on Mother's Day of all days, I could smell burnt plastic/rubbery smell. Which the motor smells a lot like that. But now I'm reading the relay could be "fused open" causing the motor to stay on as soon as I hit the breaker. My questions are... Should I just replace the control board? or should I pull this POS out again and check my work?
