I unfortunately really struggle with the tightness and feeling of an undercap when I wear my hijab, I have to wear it though as my hair always shows if I don’t.

I currently wear the cotton ones that you tie around at the back as they don’t feel as tight on my forehead and ears.

Can anyone recommend any solutions or types of undercaps that may help? I’m finding that I end up actually avoiding going outside because of how much this is affecting me.
