I don’t listen to a ton of country music anymore, but I enjoy a lot of Braxton Keith’s music. Anytime I see a video of him, whether it’s an ad or a video of him at a concert I see a TON of hate in the comments towards him. Why is he so hated? He has good songs, good covers, and a good voice. Personally I don’t understand the hate but I’m also uninformed, so I’m trying to get informed lol.
Smoked 2.5lbs of chuck roast today. Finished at 200°. I was aiming for at least 205 but it was probe tender at 200 so who am I to argue with that? Not too bad for a poor mans brisket in my opinion.
