I've been trying to cancel my plan for ages. Literally ages. Each time throughout years when I tried to cancel it, their page with the cancel button would just magically not load. Never. When I contacted support I would always be fed with propositions of upgrading without any help to cancel my plan. It took me more than a year to cancel it and they charged me 30€ just to do so.

Never ever use official Photoshop services.
