Hi all, help needed:
I have a PS5 that has chosen to stop connecting to the internet/network, seemingly after a "incorrect shutdown" ('tho I'm 90% sure it wasnt in rest mode at the time...).
Anyway; the set up that had been working (for a couple of months) was: PS5 via ethernet cable to wifi repeater/extender thing.
Now: PS5 doesn't connect to the internet, neither via wifi nor via cabled LAN.
Once in a while (read: after several attempts at resetting the network setup OR seemingly just by chance at startup) the connection does take and the device works/downloads/uploads as usual.
Other devices (such as the smartphone I'm typing this post on) connect just fine to both network and internet.
Therefore, it must be the PlayStation, no?
I tried the rebuild database thing, to no avail.
Restoring licenses doesn't seem to work w/o connection.
Anyone with sage advice?
