Hi all, sertraline 50mg helped me so much when I was suffering from anxiety a few years ago. I came off it after 6 months and have been off it for 2 years but after a recent flare up of intrusive thoughts/panic I’m thinking of going back on.

Would love to hear from anyone who’s been through similar and found going back on helped them?
