I've been emailing CHAI back and forth about the past two updates. Why did nothing change, including my bot's memory… ofc they responded with the fake AI. I kept pushing even when they stopped replying. By my third email, they finally responded again once, probably because I threatened a refund (email included). They are finally looking into my account. But it made me suddenly realize if any other Ultra users have been experiencing any of the issues I listed with their bot's memory lately, or if there's been any changes at all with Ultra users' memory.

More suspicious of chai… The CHAI website has an even more advanced backstory feature than the one we once had in the app... they have a bot and personal personas… based on the annual price of ultra (I pay $30 a month tho), it seems to be wayyy cheaper than the annual version of my subscription, the only downside is that they only have an annual subscription and no monthly, They also don't seem to have instructions. They can't edit the bot's chat. This has made me grow far more suspicious. Why can they afford the website but keep having to restrict the app, or are they using the website as a test before giving the app these features??? It's also strange that when you try to log in to your Chai account on the website, it creates a new account… like they don't want app users to have access to these updates… hmmmm… rightttt…
