So my gf 23F has insane jealousy issues. I, 18F, had asked her to hang out with a friend from work, who is also female…but I clarified that she is in a very happy relationship and like a sister. My gf approved but also was constantly sending very sad toned messages. She’s constantly getting upset and jealous, she cries and always feels like she’s going to lose me to someone and I’m going to find someone else better ANY time I have friends. She just becomes self critical and it makes me feel like I can’t have friends without the fear of her being upset. Is this behavior normal or okay?? Is it toxic??
