DLSU Pre-Med: BS Biology (MedBio) vs. BS Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (MBB)?

Ano po ba bas recommended po DLSU medbio or mbb? If I want to pursue medicine but also want to keep options open just in case?

Hello po! This might be a weird question, pero among UST Nursing, Pharmacy, and Medical Biology po, alin po kaya yung relatively mas manageable in terms of workload and overall stress?

My parents kasi want me to choose a pre-med course that isn’t too demanding because they’re worried na baka mawalan daw ako ng gana sa pag-aaral if the workload becomes too overwhelming. At the same time, gusto ko rin naman po sana ng magandang pre-med program.

I’m currently eligible for the 2nd screening for Nursing, so I’m also wondering if it’s still worth pursuing. Nagkakaroon din po kasi kami ng debate ng parents ko since they keep saying na sobrang hirap daw talaga ng Nursing, although I’ve also heard na grabe rin daw po yung workload sa Pharmacy.

Would really appreciate your thoughts po. HELP 😭

Bare with me lang po since this might be a bit long. For my pre-med, I got into UST Nursing (eligible for the 2nd screening) and DLSU BS Biology major in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. Right now, I’m really confused about which one to choose.

I’m still uncertain about Nursing in general because I’ve heard that it can be very draining. On the other hand, for DLSU, I heard that the tuition is around twice as expensive compared to UST.

Should I just pursue UST Nursing, or would it be better to change programs after the 2nd screening? Is it even possible to change programs after the 2nd screening at UST? Also, what other pre-med programs in UST would you recommend?
