I bought a used 9k miles RX350 in like new condition for my brother. The Lexus dealer says they cannot update the tech on it so the screen is useless. (The last owner never went in to have it kept up to date at a Lexus dealer. She’s 93.)
Any suggestions would be appreciated. He’d really like the navigation to work.
