I've seen this a bit here. Been researching all day and about to return this stupid thing.

Download the mix app on my Windows PC. I am not seeing any options to mess with besides the gain slider. I know there's extra settings I just cannot access .I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verified drivers, etc. It's hooked up USB not Xlr. I'm about to lose it on this stupid thing. Help!
