Just got voted out bc i was bottom fragging and just wondered why? How am i supposed to get better if i get kicked out of ranked? Like i know I an new to the game and not the best but like why kick me? Did I just stumble upon bad teammates or is this cs just for people that can play?

I have under 50 hrs on cs2 and most of it is goofing around whit friends but when i try to play ranked this happens so I dunno what.
