Was having some issues with my laptop (HP Envy x360 Laptop 15-ey0023dx) and per this sub’s advise I decided to go for a clean install of windows 11.

I’m now in the process of this and have run into an issue where I am being asked to install a network adapter driver.
I went to hp’s website on a friend’s laptop and downloaded the recommended driver, but when trying to browse the usb drive to install the driver on my laptop, it’s nowhere to be found.

Even when I force the .exe to execute through the cmd window, I cannot get past this screen.

This actually started with an issue with my Bluetooth not working where I tried many things but eventually decided to just go ahead and reset my laptop.

So I save everything important to an external drive and click reset PC in system settings. It runs for a few seconds then says “There was a problem resetting your PC.”

Looked it up and tried a few things such as scanning for corrupted file and fixing them but still nothing. I then did the advanced restart where it gives me the option to open the Windows Recovery Environment but clicking this just starts windows.

This is an HP Envy x360 2-in-1 laptop. Just really want to reset it at this point if I can only get it to work.
