What does it mean when I add to open shift pool and this automatically happens this is the second time it happened

Is it normal for them to be calling everyday and if not it’s every other couple days I work at a location in Canada and it feels like they are calling me so much to come in I don’t even answer anymore it’s getting annoying does this happen to anyone else ?
