Pixel not firing, help wanted
I recently just set up my first ad account and have started running some ads. The issue is the tracking.
My EMQ is at 4.4/10 for PV, and 0/10 for Add Payment info and 0/10 for IC. I have connected shopify, and the pixel is from shopify. My current setup is lovable to host the website, and shopify handles the checkout side. What my worry is that when checkout is happening, a new tab is opened, with a different URL (shop.*mystore*.no, not *mystore*.no). Im suspecting that the tracking for IC /Purchase is lost when that new tab is being opened. When i use pixel helper, everything works on the lovable page, but nothing fires when on checkout page.
For context, in events manager, PV, AddPaymentInfo and IC is both browser and server, but purchase is only browser (???) I don't know why.
Also, Meta tells me my events covered by CAPI is at 1%. But i just finished the to-do in my events manager that connected shopify to meta with CAPI. So i don't know why Meta is telling me coverage is so low.
If anyone has experience / knows anything about pixel setup w/ shopify etc. I would greatly appreciate the input.
