Is my mom in the wrong for this?
For some context, my little sister who is in the fifth grade has a processing delay, and use to have a speech delay, and has an IEP plan at school. I am the oldest sister and my little sister constantly comes in my room to pretend to steal my stuff (sometimes she does), tells lies about me to the family, and continues to annoy me even when I keep telling her to stop and that I'm busy studying. So obviously its hard for me not to get frustrated at her when I keep telling her to stop. My mom gets super angry at me for this because of the tone of my voice. When I do tell my little sister to stop the first time, I'm nice, but once it gets over the fifth time it's hard for me not to get frustrated at her. So any action my sister does my mom always says it because of her processing delay. As well, I literally can't talk about anything around my sister. I told my mom is that I had a strange dream (literally just that) and my little sister gets scared because of this and hid under the blanket and then gets a bloody nose. As usual, my mom gets super angry at me about this and then just comes attacking my character. Tells me that I'm ignorant, irresponsible, etc. When she was in the 3rd grade she threw MY phone at my face because she was throwing a fit. My face was in pain for three days. Yet again my mom blames it on her processing delay. Am I wrong for getting upset about this? Or is it really my sister's processing delay? Should my mom really be excusing every of my sister's action on her processing delay? Any insight helps thank you
