I cashed out my Shepherd's Friendly ISA last week (£300) and then closed my SF account. I followed the terms excatly.

Today, I logged into TCB to check on my other pending cashbacks and was met with this big red message:

"Please note that you are currently unable to pay out any payable cashback from this account. Please check your existing tickets or contact us so that we can resolve this for you."

I have opened a ticket with them, but has this happened to anyone else? What was the reason?
