Hey guys,

So the title speaks for itself. When I load up Fallout 4 everything is running smoothly until the opening scene ends. Once in the shower the FPS drops to below 10 and everything sputters and slows down. I tried everything including deleting and reinstalling, preset intervals, windowed/borderless mode, NO MODS, etc. I attached a video for reference.

Hardware:

CPU- Ryzen 9800x3d

GPU- Radeon Steel Legend 9070xt

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
