I ran into a weird one and could use some advice from experienced Viners.

I ordered a set of hard foam pet stairs to go next to my bed. What showed up was a ramp… totally different style, takes up way more space, and honestly not what I wanted at all.

To make it more confusing, the listing attached to my order has now changed and reflects the ramp I received, not the stairs I originally ordered.

So now I’m stuck wondering:

• Do I review what I actually received?
• Do I review based on what I originally ordered?
• Or is this a situation where I should contact Vine support because it feels like a bait and switch?

I don’t want to review unfairly, but I also don’t want to ignore something shady if that’s what’s happening.
