Missing wages california

I work for CVS and was underpaid on my paycheck today by 24.55 hours of work and therefore almost 500 dollars of pay. My manager confirmed to me (and I have photos) that I indeed was correctly punched in for all 47.95 hours worked in the past two weeks (pay period was from April 26 to May 9) and that I should have been compensated for all 47 hours. However, my paycheck came and it says I worked 23 hours and that's all I got paid for. I called HR and they told me that my manager has to file a payroll discrepancy form so I can get my money that I rightfully am owed. However, my manager (I have two) that is currently at the store doesn't know how to do it (this is the overall store manager) and my operations manager can't do anything until tomorrow because he has gone home for the day. HR told me that I was one of multiple callers today with the same issue but also told me that my money could take up to five days or even more after filing the discrepancy to be returned to me. This is way too much money to wait that long for, especially considering that I already did the work and earned it. I really don't want to wait that long but it looks like I don't have a choice. My managers lack of a sense of urgency is also frustrating to me because this is almost $500, like I needed it today. If anyone has any idea what I could do I would absolutely appreciate it so much. I'm also a union employee in California if it matters. I haven't reached out to my rep yet but that's only because it seems that if even HR couldn't do anything, I just have to wait around for my manager to do it so I'm not sure what a union rep could do. I'm interested in legal action if possible, especially because this is happening to multiple people. I appreciate any responses, thank you for reading this

Check your paychecks guys

I was shorted $500 on my paycheck, called hr and they said manager has to file a discrepancy but also said that I was the 3rd caller today with the same issue. Tons of my hours just were not added to my check, which my manager confirmed based on our time sheets. Wtf?

Manager doesn't know how to file a discrepancy so I have to wait until tomorrow, and even then hr said that after it's filed it could be up to a five day wait for the money. CVS is a sick fucking company. Everyone check your paychecks and add them up. I wonder how many people may have been shorted these past weeks or today and have no idea. (Not blaming my managers necessarily but I'm just frustrated. I know they're busy and only have two employees in the store and theyre also confused on the whole issue and are trying to help). But wtf. I'm pissed.

I'm a shift supervisor at my CVS and we have one shift supervisor that doesn't ever close, doesn't ever open, has no responsibilities, doesn't work Sundays ever, doesn't count the safe, doesn't do the am/pm walk, doesn't count drawers, doesn't do the deposits, and doesn't even know how to use an ironman and puts load in the wrong places constantly to where it's a running joke that if something is in the wrong spot, it was probably her who put it away. I'm so sick of it. I've brought it up before but our SM brushes it off and doesn't make her have any responsibility. She automatically gets every holiday off as well. I'm trying to get mothers day off or at least work a shorter shift on mother's day since I always close and occasionally open, but one of our other shift supervisors is on vacation while another one got the day off. I work every single holiday and my mom was like please get mothers day off or work a short shift. Ugh I'm just so frustrated. What should I do like can I call the rep over this? Idk I'm so sick of it because some of us do the work of 3+ people whereas others get manager pay for doing less than nothing. It's so ridiculous. Anyone have a situation like this or know what I could do? Thanks everyone
