i got my helix done at the same time as my hidden helix in early december. i got it half downsized around mid to late february because that was the first time it wasn’t taking up the entire post, but it was starting to snag. i sleep with a piercing pillow but im usually a back sleeper or i sleep on my other side and i dont move much. my hair is always tied back tightly. i clean both piercings every other day with spray, and i rinse them in the shower every day. my hidden helix has 0 issues but my helix has a million, ive been to 3 different APP piercers about this and they all say the same thing- the angle looks fine it just looks irritated. it hurts to touch, but doesn’t feel hot and it’s not beating or anything. does anyone have any advice on how to get it to stop swelling so much?

Got this machine secondhand. The person before me barely or never cleaned it. The grind dial won’t turn finer than 6, it feels stuck. The grinder runs empty, but stops with resistance. The buttons still flash like it’s grinding, but no sound comes out. If I realign the inner burr (take it out and put it back in) the grinder usually starts running again. What could be wrong with it?? Has anyone had a similar issue? I don’t want to have to buy a separate grinder, I’m too broke for that!
