I'm in my room and I feel like whenever my roommate turns on their table fan, the voltage of my ceiling fan reduces. I feel like the room is less hot when their fan is off and only the ceiling fan is on.

I’m not sure if it’s just in my head or if their fan is actually disturbing the airflow from the ceiling fan since my bed is right below the ceiling fan and I don't have a table fan.
