I have received a "Did Not Qualify" rating for roles where I'm a domain expert with extensive evidence of that expertise. Is there a way for me to know exactly why I have been assigned this ranking.
I've had 8 contracts, one awesome, and several task-based, as in hurry up and grab it or it's gone. When you have a good offer like the one you described, grab it and get going; it's worth it. PAY ATTENTION TO THE INTERVIEWS! They only happen once, and all of your offers will come from that and your resume. I'm not a technical person, so my offers are fewer, but take my advice and take those interviews very seriously. Good luck my friend, and congratulations!
