For context, i have struggled with self!harming since i was 10. My family and school know about this but they aren't around to help me. My mum works away a lot and is not normally home, UK schools don't care.

I have an extremely deep self!harm cut on my arm. It looks like muscle but isnt? I think it needs stitches but im not sure. Does anyone know how to help?
