Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to take my lease at the Hub Orlando for the upcoming term!

it’s a in a 4x4 Priv room and bathroom with all girls : )
• Private bedroom + private bathroom
• Fully furnished
• Student housing near UCF
• Amenities + parking available
• Lease term begins July/August 2026

Rent is around $1,024/month after concessions. Currently I have a deal going on for $150 less than the regular rent. The relet fee is $300 through the leasing office but im 100% willing to pay that fee so dont even worry about it!
