Does anyone know how your professor confirms you fulfilled the honors agreement? Is there like a form or smth?

Is the yard book like lost to history or smth? I know it dropped and I couldn't buy it but I have not seen a single mention of it since. I would lowkey sell a kidney to buy it but if it's lost to time or my hallucinations I would like to know. Thank you yard community.
