Possible to create this orchid thing from the secretary?

I’ve been thinking abt making this for a while now but don’t know where to start tbh

I have long thick hair and anytime I wanna do a head full of hair rollers I don’t have space on my head to put the rollers😭 I usually do half of my head but I don’t know ngl any tips to make them actually last would also be helpful

Well not rlly ripped it out.
it kinda migrated through the skin until it Js came out after a yr of not taking it out I went to the er but the said I didn’t need any stitches, any advice?
