hi, I’m new to this group but for context, I got my IUD out a month ago and I’m using natural cycles with oura for FAM to prevent pregnancy now/plan later. my husband and I had unprotected sex 3 times in the past 24 hours with the understanding that I was in my follicular phase and my peak ovulation was predicted for may 11th (8 days away). today, my NC changed to ovulation window and after doing some counting, if ovulation occurs 12-14 days before your predicted period, that would put me ovulating in 4 or so days, so very different than when NC predicts my peak ovulation day.
I recognize it was incredibly dumb to have unprotected sex on my red days while NC is still figuring out my predictions. that being said, I’m wondering if I should trust the may 11th peak date and not freak out or if I should follow the 12-14 days mark and take plan b or something.
