My Solar vendor installed an on grid system last year.. for 4-5 months it remained inoperative because he couldn't secure the password of the inverter. Few days back I arranged for the password by contacting the inverter company myself and it started exporting. I asked him to install batteries in my system.. his staff came today after days of begging and his staff fried up the display of the inverter and now the inverter is not displaying anything. I have a 25 year contract with him for support and service of the system.
What practical actions can I take to ensure that my inverter gets replaced asap because he's a master at delaying things.
He keeps saying that he's talking to the company. Please help, I am in serious mental agony.
