Occasionally the disc drive will not register there is a disc. Sometimes I can eject the disc and reinsert and it will register. Other times I have to restart the console for the disc drive to register a clean disc. At times I will eject a disc and it will have marks on the disc that were not there previously. Those marks typically will rub off as they’re not abrasions. Is there any other trouble shooting or maintenance I can do myself to try to fix or remedy these disc drive issues? I am technically under warranty through Walmart but have had issues with their tech support so want to try to avoid send it off for repairs at the moment. Any help is appreciated.
