Is it normal to have like another foreskin something after circumcised?
Several years ago, I get circumcised and the looks of my penis is okay. Now, I realized something that my penis has this like a foreskin something or extra skin underneath my glands. I don't have any problem or issues with it like any pain. Is it normal?
