Had this old thing laying around and I got tired of the basic single coil sound (kinda ass too since the guitar is very budget) but couldn't be arsed to buy a humbucker, so I just ripped the middle one out (the plug for the pickguard cover is cut out of an old plastic cd rack 😂 since i couldn't be arsed to buy that either) and wired the bridge and middle single coils together, making what I like to call a frankenbucker! Still a work in progress, but the concept is literally just two singlecoils wired together into (someday, still need to get new potentiometers) one module, but I was thinking of keeping the 5-way selector to make some cool shit happened, and still keep the amazing versatility the strat is known for. Also yes the cel shading is in fact done with a ripoff sharpie. Busy right now but when I get home I'll take a picture of the backside and post that too, I shaded Literally every inch (even under the pickguard but not arsed to take it all apart) of the guitar.
