Payout - I don't want Ebay to have direct access to my bank account?

The last time I sold something on Ebay was about a decade ago. I believe at that time I was able to get my payout via Paypal.

I just sold an item and am now having to go through their new payout setup and am at a loss for their payout methods. I have to either give them direct access to my bank account or give them direct access to my debit card? I'm absolutely not doing either of those. Is my money just gone? Can I just hold the amount in my Ebay account and use it the next time I buy something?

With all the recent breaches there's no way in hell I'm giving them direct access to my money. Who tf would even allow them to do that?

What would you do for additional privacy?

So TLDR my neighbors to the north and east have a serious problem with me putting up a fence.

I moved in about a year ago and have been wanting to put up a chain link fence for my dog ever since. This spring I finally had it installed. The posts installed about 2 inches within the property line so the fence fabric runs right along the line (which is permitted and encouraged by my city). My two neighbors are pissed because they (along with all their friends) felt entitled to walk my property line to walk between two streets. The lady to the north of my had a complete fucking meldown, screaming and threatening to call the cops and city. The older guy to the east just comes out every morning to do his dandalian check and stares at the fence now blocking off their access to trespass.

I made a rough paint drawing of my current backyard layout. The proportions are a little off but it gives you a sense of the general shape: https://imgur.com/a/8wzYs3X

I'd like to put some kind of privacy barrier between the north and east. I've looked into chain link fabrics but those are more see through than I want and also look kind of trashy imo. I've looked into yews but I think they'll get too tall and there may be issues trimming the backsides of them. Another big issue is around the fenced garden area. I'm looking to maybe pull that out next year if my gardening attempts fail this year but for now it's staying. I have maybe 18 inches on the north side and just enough room to use a push mower on the east. I live in the very northern US so any barrier will not block the sun into the garden unless it's well above my 4ft chain link.

Any suggestions? I know I can just ignore them but I just want to block them out completely and enjoy my small slice peace.
