Hero/Support/Management synergy?
I think it was one for all and eight for the ninth? I forget. But I recently read a fic where midoriya had a contract with a management course student similar to what he has with hatsume in canon (and in addition to it) and it got me curious to see more of what people can do with management since it was sidelined for basically the entire plot until the very very end.
Like, in theory the three courses all need each other, and once they all graduate they're going to have to work with each other's industries anyway, with general education students able to move into one of the other tracks down the line as they improve or openings are made available. But canonically outside of midoriya and hatsume's working relationship and the chip on shinso's shoulder it seems more like there are four completely separate schools that just coincidentally happen to all be in one building. And that seems like such a waste now.
