Hi folks, i am getting RFE shipped from San Diego FO, while asking Emma multiple times across last a few months, and all of them said my case is in NBC and never got transferred (latest on last week).

EB3 (downgraded) - China

PD at April 2021 RD at Feb 2024 Transferred from LIN to NBC at Jan 2026 RFE for Health Exam and Marriage at end of March 2026 RFE responded at end of April 2026

Does anyone have similar experience? why all Emmas are telling me that my case is always in NBC since being transferred from NBC?
